Lecithin / Phospholipids

Phospholipids are fat-like substances with vitamin character. Their dual function as physiological agents and biological emulsifiers plays an important role in fulfilling feeding requirements. Because of their chemical structure phospholipids have excellent emulsifying properties. They encourage very fine distribution of fats in the digestive tract and so increase their digestibility. The products Bifosfatin Lethicin Formula and Nobacithin 50 were developed as effective alternatives to existing fat compounds and vegetable oils. The high quality of these products stems from the lecithin (phospholipids). Not only do Bifosfatin and Nobacithin 50 deliver energy in a highly digestible form, they also bring added physiological value for the animal as a result of the inclusion of lecithin.
